摘要
在树脂基体和成型工艺一定的条件下,碳纤维(CF)表面及表面涂层的性质在很大程度上决定了复合材料界面的性质。通过对CF表面进行改性及改变CF表面涂层的性质,可优化界面,最大限度发挥界面的特性。采用了界面微脱粘仪及透射电镜照片伪彩色处理对界面进行直观表征。
The interfacial characteristic of composites were strongly dependent on the properties of carbon fiber(CF)surface and the surface coatings in given fiber/matrix system.By modifying the CF surface and varying the properties of the surface coatings,the interphase was optimized and so as to have a best property.In addition,the interfacial micro-debonding instrument and TEM micrograph pseudo-color treatment technique were used to directly evaluate the interphase properties and morphology.
