摘要
2,2’-双(3,4-二羧酸)六氟丙烷二酐和2-(4-氨基苯基)-4-[4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮分别与4.4’一二氨基二苯醚、4.4’一二氨基二苯砜在问甲酚中进行“一步法”溶液共聚合,制备了2种共聚聚醚酰亚胺。通过差示扫描量热法、热失重、傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对聚合物进行了表征。聚合物具有优异的耐热性能.玻璃化转变温度高于300℃,热失重温度高于500℃。同时,聚合物在常用非质子有机极性溶剂中具有优良的溶解性能。
Two kinds of co -polyetherimides were prepared by one step process of solution polymerization in m -cresol from 4,4' -hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic anhydride, 4 -[4 -(4 -amino -phenoxy) -phenyl] -phthalazin-1-one, and the third monomer 4, 4'-oxydianiline and 4, 4'-diaminodiphenylsulfone, respectively. The copolymers were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry ('H-NMR). The data of DSC and TG show that the copolymers possess excellent thermal performance, glass transition temperature over 300 ℃, thermal weight loss temperature higher than 500℃ and superior solubility in conventional organic aprotic polar solvents.
