摘要
选用双酚-A二醚二酐(BPADA)和4,4’-二胺基二苯醚(ODA)为单体,间-甲酚为溶剂,用化学亚胺化法合成高分子量可溶性的聚酰亚胺(PI),得到的PI在极性溶剂NMP、DMAc、THF和DMF中有很好的溶解性。通过FT-IR和GPC对PI的结构和化学亚胺化过程中分子量变化进行研究,并利用DMTA对化学亚胺化和热亚胺化PI的性能进行表征。结果表明,化学亚胺化得到的PI具有很高的亚胺化程度,与热亚胺化PI具有相同的玻璃化转变温度;但由于形成了分子链间的交联,热亚胺化PI不能被溶解,且模量比化学亚胺化PI高。
A soluble and high molecular weight polyimide was synthesized based on BPADA and ODA via chemical imidization method.The obtained PI was readily soluble in the polar solvents such as NMP,DMAc,THF and DMF.FT-IR and GPC were used to characterize the structure and the molecular weight of PI during the process of imidization;the properties of PI prepared by chemical and thermal imidization were characterized by DMTA.The results indicated that the chemically imidized PI had the same glass transition temperature with thermally imidized PI.Due to the crosslinking of molecular chain resulting from the thermal treatment,the PI prepared by thermal imidization was insoluble and its storage modulus was higher than that of PI prepared by chemical imidization.
