摘要
分七个方面对企业危机管理 (ECM)的理论与应用成果进行回顾与介绍。在此基础上 ,针对 ECM研究的不足 ,提出加强 ECM研究的思路 :提高对危机管理的认识 ;进一步完善危机处理的方法与手段 ;对企业内部危机的诱因进行分类研究 ;采用信息手段来判别企业是否处于危机状态。
The text looked back and introduced the theories and appliance production from seven aspects about Enterprise Crise Management. Based on this, the text brought forward an idea of Enterprise Crise Management. That is to improve the cognition on Enterprise Crise Management, to classify the inducement of enterprises interior crises, to judge whether ta enterprise is at crisis state or not using information means. Furthermore, the ways and artifices of disposing crises will be more perfect.
