摘要
探讨了采用专门的双气路设计和双检测器的气相色谱仪一次进样测定自发气调包装中O2、CO2和C2H4浓度的方法,通过实验确定了最佳色谱条件和分析操作程序。对样品进行了五次测量,C2H4、O2及CO2浓度测定值的相对平均偏差分别为0.143%、0.343%和0.261%。该方法能有效利用设备,降低分析成本,同时简化了实验步骤,节省了实验时间。
The chromatog raphic analysis method for testing the consistency of O 2 ,CO 2 and C 2 H 4 in modified -atmosphere packag es by one sample was discussed in this paper.The g as chromatog raphy with specially desig ned double g as circuits and double detectors was used in the experiment.The optimum chromatog raphic condition and g as analysis procedure were obtained throug h experiments.Samples were tested for 5times.The RSDs among test results were0.343%for O 2 ,0.261%for CO 2 and0.143%for C 2 H 4 .The method turned out to be effective in reducing the cost of g as analysis as well as in saving experimental time by simplifying operating procedure.
