摘要
目的 :评价锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨肩峰端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的效果。方法 :对总共 2 3例新鲜的NeerIII型锁骨肩峰端骨折或III度肩锁关节脱位的患者 ,采用AO的锁骨钩钢板进行切开复位内固定 ,不同时修补喙锁韧带。术后平均随访 1年 ,采用Poigenfruit标准进行临床评价。结果 :优 18例 ,良 5例 ,优良率达到 10 0 %。结论
Objective: To evaluate the result of the treating fracture of the distal clavicle or acrominoclavicular dislocation with acromioclavicular-hook plate. Methods: Totally 23 fresh fracture of the distal clavicle(Neer III) or acrominoclavicular dislocation (Tossy III) were accepted open abduction and internal fixation with acromioclavicular-hook plate. The clinical symptoms were assessed by Poigenfurst criteria. Results: There were 18 achieve advance score and the other 5 achieve good sore, the totally advance and good rate was 100%. Conclusion:The acromioclavicular-hook plate is a good methods for fixation the fracture of distal clavicle and acrominoclavicular dislocation.
