摘要
介绍泡沫柱洗涤技术在制酸烟气净化、有色冶炼炉窑烟气除尘脱硫及硫酸尾气脱硫中的实际应用情况。会泽铅锌矿 18m2 锌沸腾焙烧烟气制酸净化改造工程采用泡沫柱洗涤技术 ,提高了硫酸质量 ,减少了污水排放量。治理广西龙泉锑冶炼厂沸腾炉及吸风烧结盘等烟气 ,SO2 脱除率≥ 97%。治理政和化工厂硫酸尾气 ,平均排放浓度由 0 4%降到 364mg/m3,远低于国家排放标准 (12 0 0mg/m3)。
