摘要
采用活性炭法净化烧结烟气,综合比较了吸附前、吸附后活性炭及废弃活性炭的性质,揭示了净化过程中活性炭性能的变化规律。结果表明,吸附后或废弃活性炭,固定碳降低,挥发份和灰分增加,挥发份增加主要是吸附了K、Na、F、Cl等元素,灰分增加主要是吸附了Ca、Fe元素;净化过程吸附的颗粒物堆积在废弃活性炭表面凹凸处,呈木片状、疏松状结构,其堵塞活性炭孔洞,导致比表面积、总孔容减小,影响活性炭的循环再利用效率;废弃活性炭吸附的有害物质含量明显提高,其中Pb含量高达3.84%,二噁英毒性总量为66.63 ng/kg。
The activated carbon method was used to purify the sintering flue gas,and comprehensive comparison was made between the properties of the activated carbon before and after adsorption,as well as the spent activated carbon for exploring the variations in the performance of the activated carbon during the purification process.The results show that in the activated carbon after adsorption or the spent activated carbon,the fixed carbon is reduced,while the volatile content and ash are increased.The increment in the volatile content is mainly due to the adsorption of K,Na,F,Cl,among others,and the increment in ash is attributed to the adsorption of Ca and Fe elements.The particulate matter that is adsorbed in the purification process accumulates on the uneven surface of the spent activated carbon in the shape of a wood chip with loose structure,which blocks the pores of the activated carbon,resulting in the reduction in the specific surface area and total pore volume.Therefore,the recycling efficiency of the activated carbon is greatly reduced.It is also found that the contents of harmful substances absorbed on the spent activated carbon are significantly increased,among which the content of Pb is up to 3.84%and the total toxic equivalent quantity of dioxin is 66.63 ng/kg.
