摘要
防治骨质疏松症的运动疗法已被认为是1种十分重要的手段,其机理有调节性激素、增加骨血流量、对骨产生机械应力、增进骨发育、提高骨钙阈值和钙吸收,增加肌肉力量等。防治骨质疏松的运动处方包括根据年龄选择不同的运动项目,根据骨质疏松的部位选择不同的运动方式,用心率来确定运动强度,以及适宜的运动时间、频率等。
It has been considered as a very important method that prophylaxis and treatment of osteoporosis in physical training. The mechanism includes regulating sex hormone, raising blood quantity of flow in bone, and so on. The prescription of physical training to prophylaxis and treatment of osteoporosis must choose different events according the age of patients, and choose different training ways according to the location of osteoporosis, determine the intensity of training and suitable time of sports according to the pulse.
