摘要
将主成分分析法应用到岗位评价中,在介绍了主成分分析法的原理之后,对YP钢铁责任有限公司的岗位进行了实证分析,并对结果进行了简明分析。
Applied main component analysis to position evaluation, introduced its principle, taking YP Iron & Steel Co. as an example, evaluated its positions, briefly analyzed the results.
