摘要
将弹性力学计算薄板应力的结果与有限元软件计算的结果进行了比较.利用ANSYS软件对四种组合模型的接触问题进行了分析和计算.确定了铆接板的每一组铆钉的个数,为车架上铆接加强板的设计从理论上提供了一定的依据.
The calculation result of thin plate stress obtained by finite element method is compared with that of thin plate stress obtained by elasticity.Four kinds of contact problems of assembly models are calculated through ANSYS and the number of rivets of every group is discussed on the riveted structure in this paper.It plays a guiding role to a certain degree in design for the riveted stiffened plates of the truck frame.
