摘要
随着Internet的飞速发展,CRM已经成为企业在竞争中获胜的重要资源。而CRM的设计与实现又是以数据仓库为核心技术的。在主要介绍了CRM的内涵以及数据仓库技术的概念的基础上,并进一步阐述了数据仓库在CRM系统中的重要作用。
With the rapid development of intenet,CRM has become one of the most important elements enabling enterprises to be competitive, At the same time,Date Warehouse is the keynel technology to CRM system.This article mainly expains the idea of CRM and the conception of DW,and then analyses the important functions of DW in CRM system.
