摘要
根据满-通古斯语族语言文化抢救调查的整体规划,本课题组于20013年8月前往新疆,时新疆察布查尔锡伯自治县锡伯族语言文字使用、教育及社会文化习俗等基本状况进行调查。从整体情况与具体情况调查来看,锡伯口语保存、使用良好,而锡伯语言文字教育、使用呈明显衰退之势,社会文化习俗亦有很大变迁。对此亟待保护、开发、科学利用,从而使其在语言学、民族学、历史学、社会学、宗教学、文化人类学等多学科研究中充分发挥特殊的价值与作用。
According to the general plan of the preserving and investigating on the Manchu - Tungusic language and culture, in August, 2003, the research group went to Chabuchar Sibo National Autonomous County of Xinjiang to investigate the Sibo language and writing usage, Sibo education and its nationality cultural customs. Through the investigation it could be concluded that Sibo spoken language is well preserved, while its writing education has the inclination of declining, and the national social and cultural customs also have changed more. It is urgent to preserve , explore and utilize the Sibo language and writing scientifically so that it can play its special role thoroughly in research of linguistics, ethnology, history, sociology, religions and cultural anthropology.
