Determination of Trace Race Earth Elements in Biological Sample

摘要 生物样品的稀土含量低,一般在ppm-ppb级,并且有些金属离子对稀土检测的干扰很大。稀土元素(La)与偶氮氯磷Ⅲ及罗丹明B在聚乙烯醇的存在下,pH=2.5-3.5的苯二甲酸氢钾-盐酸缓冲介质中,稀土元素与偶氮氯磷Ⅲ及罗丹明B形成了最大吸收在586 nm处的络合物,其组成比为RE:CPAⅢ:RhB=1:3:5,摩尔吸光系数为2.49×105,0-10 REμg/50 ml符合比耳定律,方法具有很高的灵敏度及一定选择性。 As in the biological sample, the amount of rare earth is much rare, which is usually the degree ppm to ppb. And the inter action some ions is much serious to the determination of rare earth. The colour reaction of Re with chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ and Rhodamine Bin potassium hydrogen phthalate - HCI buffer of PH2.8-3.5 has been studied. The maximum absorption of the comples is at 586nm.The comples has composition ratio of 1:3:5(RE: CPA Ⅲ: RhB).The molar absorptivity is 2.49×105.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-10REμg/50ml.It shows that the method has much high sensibility and selectivity.
