摘要
以水合硫酸锌为催化剂催化合成草酸二丁酯,确定了酯化反应的优化条件。试验结果表明:在催化剂为6%(以草酸为基数的质量百分比),草酸0.01 mol,丁醇0.024 mol,带水剂环已烷11 ml,反应时间90 min的条件下,草酸的酯化率为95.9%。
The zinc sulfate of the hydrate was applied to esterification of oxalic acid with butyl alcohol.The reaction conditions were studied. The optimum condition was as follows: the catalyst 6 % (per centum ratio in mass of the base with oxalic acid),oxalic acid 0.01 mol, butyl alcohol 0.024mol, amount of the taking water agent of cyclohexane 11 mL, reaction time 90 min. Under the optimum condition, the yield of esterification was 95.9 % .
