摘要
简述了C LⅢ型短柱人工机械心脏瓣膜的设计依据、结构特点及关键材料与工艺特性 ,报道了强度和疲劳试验结果 ,研究和比较了C LⅢ型短柱瓣、C LⅠ型标准瓣、Medtronic Hall瓣体外流体动力学性能。结果表明 ,C LⅢ型短柱人工机械心脏瓣膜结构简单、性能优良 ,是一种新型的有希望的国产人工心脏瓣膜。
This paper relates briefly the structural designing characteristics and key materials processing of C-LⅢ pugestrut heart valve prosthesis. The results of strength and fatigue test are reported. Moreover, the hydrodynamic performance in vitro of C-LⅢpugestrut valve prosthesis with C-L standard valve and Medtronic-Hall valve prosthesis is researched. The conclusions are that C-LⅢpugestrut heart valve prosthesis is simple in structure and excellent in performance. This heart valve prosthesis would be a new potential model of the mechanical valve prosthesis made in China.
