摘要
针对原审稿人名录中存在的问题和期刊网站日益发展的情况 ,提出在期刊网站上建立审稿网的设想。期刊网站可通过签订协议、建立各专业分数据库和开发出审稿人查询搜索技术等措施 。
The authors put forward a suggestion of establishing reviewer web on the websites of periodicals on the basis of the analysis of the problems existed in the reviewer name lists and the development of periodical websites. The construction of a practical reviewer web includes signing agreements, setting up sub databases of various specialities and developing the searching technology.
