摘要
我国乡镇企业"离土不离乡"的发展道路与其成长初期地方政府分散决策和市场导向的影响,所形成的投资空间分散化的格局与低技术和重复现象严重影响了乡镇企业的进一步发展。改变这一情况的一个可行选择就是乡镇企业的集聚化发展。本文在对我国乡镇企业生产力分散化现状与其损失多种积极溢出深入分析的基础上,探讨了我国乡镇企业集聚化发展的经济效应、主导产业选择与集聚区构造以及相关的指导原则和政策。
Chinese rural enterprises are scattered in space due to it's development road,divergent decision of local governments at it's primary stage and the effect of the market-orientating.The situation such as scattered space,low technology and repeated construction has seriously damaged rural enterprises' further development.Agglomeration is a feasible choice in order to change this state.Based on the deep analysis of the present situation of rural enterprise's scattered space structure and the lost of spillover effects,this article discusses the economic effect of Chinese rural enterprise's agglomeratelization development,choice of the leading industry,agglomeration area construction and relevant guidance of principle-and-policy.
