摘要
通过正交试验优化选择蜂胶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。试验表明 :最佳方法为 :75 %乙醇为溶剂 ,醇用量为药材的 10倍。室温浸提 2次 ,每次 2 4h。
The optimization extracting condition of Fengjiao flavone was seleced by orthogoral test.The optimization extracting procedure was as follows:75% alcohol as solvent and dose of 10-fold medicinal materials,extracting twice at room temperature,24h once.
