摘要
研究了间接测定茶叶中茶多酚的原子吸收法。基于茶多酚与碱式乙酸铅发生络合反应,定量生成难溶于水的黄色沉淀,经离心后,用原子吸收法测定上清液中过量的铅离子,可间接测得茶多酚含量。其线性范围为3~25 μg/mL,RSD=1.3%。测定结果与经典滴定法基本一致。
A new indirect method for determining tea polyphenols by atomic absorption spectrometry is studied. The basis is tea polyphenols could react with Pb2+ and lead to yellow precipitate. The precipitate is centrifuged to subside. The Pb2+ in supernatant is determined by AAS,and the concentration of tea polyphenols is obtained. The linear region is 3-25 μg/mL,RSD=1. 3%. The results of official method and ours show no difference.
