摘要
吹风式速冻装置广泛应用于速冻行业,是我国速冻食品生产的主要设备,但与国外同类设备相比,普遍存在着效率低、能耗大的问题。料口跑冷是造成吹风式速冻机能耗大的主要原因之一,该文对吹风式速冻装置料口跑冷的原因和机理进行了一定研究,分析了各种影响因素,提出了一种改进方法。
The blow out quick-freeing installation is widely applied in our quick-freeing industries.Compared with the installation of overseas,the disadvantages of our installation are lower efficiency,consuming much energy.The main cause is losing cooling-air from the entrance and exit.The paper analyses the mechanism of losing cooling-air,and advances an improving way.
