摘要
通过对小白鼠肌肉注射不同剂量的0.1%亚硒酸钠,复制出了急性硒中毒的动物模型.由此可以看出,随着注射剂量的增加,小白鼠的临床表现逐渐激烈,病程逐渐缩短,最终因呼吸衰竭而全部死亡.通过剖检观察可知,硒对肝脏、心脏、肺的影响最大.组织学检查表明,注射剂量小的小白鼠,其各器官的病理组织学变化明显.
The acute selenosis animal models were replicated by intramuscular injection to mice with serial dosage of 0.1% sodium selenite. The clinical symptoms became more acute and the course of disease shortened gradually with the increasing dosage. All of the mice died because of respiratory failure. The liver, heart and lung of the mice were damaged most seriously by dissection. The histological inspection indicated the histopathological change of mice's organs was evidently if injected low dosage sodium selenite.
