体视学分析小鼠肝细胞的时间形态学研究 被引量:8

Stereological Analysis of Chronomorphological Variations on Mice Hepatocytes

摘要 实验用雄性BALB/C小鼠30只,随机分6组,每隔4小时一组,用体视学方法分析各组间肝细胞超微结构的改变.结果提示肝细胞线粒体的功能在04:00最强,在12:00最弱;粗面内质网在04:00和12:00功能较强;糖原颗粒在夜间合成积累增多,白天消耗减少,脂滴形态改变的周期约12小时。12:00前后是肝细胞自我更新的重要时期.由此证实,肝细胞的线粒体、粗面内质网、糖原颗粒及脂滴的形态学都有显著的昼夜节律变化. Thirty male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into six groups.One group was examined every 4-hour interval.Chronomorphological variations on mice hepatocytes were analysed by the method ofstereology.The results show that the function of mitochondria is the strongest at 04:00 h and the weakest at 12:00 h The function of rough edoplasmic reticulum is stronpr at 04:00 h and 12:00 h.The glycogen granules are composed in night and depleted in daytime.The rhythm of morphological variations in lipid droplets is about 12 hours.The study also indicates that aroud the 12:00 h is important period for hepatocytes to renew themselves.All the results suggest that the morphology of the mitochondria, rough endoplasmic reticulum,glycogen granules and lipid droplets are subject to strong circadian rhythm variations.
