摘要 基于设计结构矩阵和图论提出了一种型材开发过程优化重组的方法.通过建立设计结构矩阵、识别耦合任务集和划分设计活动级别,对铝型材产品开发并行设计过程进行了分析和规划,并运用敏感因子、复杂因子和影响因子对耦合活动的依赖关系进行了描述,基于这些影响因子提出了确定耦合活动初始迭代次序的优化算法,建立了合理高效的并行设计优化过程模型.该方法对于其他并行工程应用领域同样适用. A method for optimizing aluminum profile development process was put forward based on the design structure matrix and graph theory in order to shorten development time and to improve product quality. On the basis of the design structure matrix description, coupled tasks recognition and design task level planning, the concurrent design process of aluminum profile product development was analyzed. The coupling degree between the tasks was described by sensitivity, complexity and affection factors, based on which an optimism algorithm was presented to define the initial iteration order of coupled tasks sets, then a rational and efficient concurrent design process model was build up. The proposed method is adaptive to other concurrent engineering fields.
