摘要
提出了模具设计过程中的三种设计活动关联模型,以此表达了设计活动间复杂的联系;应用设计结构矩阵及图论的知识,提出了模具设计过程中耦会活动识别算法,划分了模具设计中各活动的级别,经过活动重组和过程优化,最后给了能体现并行设计特点的模具设计过程结构模型。
Three visualized incidence models for the die design activites are presented.With the application of the knowledge of design structure matrix and graph theory, a algorithm of recognizing the coupling activities during the die design process is put forward. The levels of all activities during the die design process are partitioned. In the end, after reengineering the design activities and optimizing the design process, a structured model is estblished to open out the principle of the concurrent die designprocess.
