摘要
提出了基于知识的铝型材挤压模具集成系统的框架,研究了事例推理技术(CBR)在铝型材挤压总体事例建模中的实现以及面向铝型材挤压成形过程的仿真方法.总结了集成知识模型中的几何处理技术,提出了基于CAD平台进行几何处理的基本原理并建立了相应的原型系统.
The frame of knowledge-based integrating system for aluminum extrusion die design was put forward. Case-based reasoning (CBR) technology and its realization in the construction of general case modeling for aluminum extrusion die design were studied. The simulation method which is faced on the forming process of aluminum extrusion was proposed. The way to deal with the geometry in integrating knowledge model was summarized, and the basic principle to treat the geometry based on CAD platform was put forward. A prototype CBR system of aluminum extrusion die design was built up.
