摘要
国家实行拉动内需的经济政策,项目建设融资成本比较低,许多城市充分利用目前难得的机遇,抓紧城市轨道交通的建设,拉动城市经济增长,提升城市功能.长沙市应抓住机遇,抓紧快速轨道交通的前期研究工作,加快轨道交通建设的进程,尽早推进长沙市快速轨道交通的建设,促进城市发展.
Our country has adopted the economic policy of stimulating domestic need, and the cost of project construction is comparatively low, so many cities have made full use of this opportunity to develop Urban Rail Transit and promote the economic growth and the function of city. Changsha should also seize this chance to make more efforts at the research work of Urban Rail Transit, to speed up the process of Urban Rail Transit Construction, so as to accelerate the construction of Urban Rail Transit and the development of Changsha.
