摘要
综述了国内外粉体上化学镀镍技术的最新成果与进展.介绍了粉体化学镀镍5种处理方法:活化敏化两步法、活化敏化一步法、离子钯活化法、环氧树脂处理法、离子交换法.叙述了化学镀溶液的组成与工艺特点,以及SiC、Al2O3、石墨、金刚石等化学镀复合粉体的性能及应用.
The developments of electroless nickel plating on powders surface both of home and abroad are reviewed in this paper. The pretreatment of powders, includes activation and sensitization of two or one step, palladium ion activation, epoxy resin treatment and ion exchange treatment, electroless nickel plating on different powders, such as SiC, Al_2O_3, graphite, diamond and their applications are also discussed.
