摘要
采用可编程序控制器代替了继电器控制的乳化炸药装药机电控系统,解决了原电控系统由于继电器故障经常出现误动作问题,提高了装药设备控制系统的可靠性、生产效率和经济效益。
By substituting PLC for the electronically-controlled system of cartridge machines run by relay, the author argues that it can solve the problem of frequent mistaken operation caused by failures of relay in the original electronically-controlled system, improve the reliability of the controlling system of cartridge machines and raise the productive effciency and eonomic benefits.
