摘要
为满足井下上向中深孔机械化装填炸药的需要,成功研制了JFZ600型井下上向中深孔粉粒状炸药装药车,介绍了装药车的主要参数和结构特点。试验表明,该装药车整车设计合理,使用安全可靠,各项主要指标均能满足矿山要求,能有效解决矿山所急需的装药设备配套问题。
For the need of mechanized upward middle-deep hole charging in underground mines,JFZ600 powder loading truck for underground middle-deep hole has been developed successfully. This paper presents the main parameters and construction features of the loading truck. The experiment indicated that the loading truck is reasonable in whole design,and is safe and reliable to use,its main indexes can satisfy the requirement of mining. The occurrence of the loading truck can effectively solve the imperative problems of associated loading explosive equipment in mines.
