摘要
总结了目前国内外制备Ni-YSZ金属陶瓷常用的方法并介绍其应用前景。采用液相法制备出Ni金属在YSZ陶瓷中分布均匀的复合材料,用XRD分析了其物相组成并用SEM观察了其颗粒形貌。研究结果表明,用该法可以制备出分布均匀的金属陶瓷纳米复合粉末,粉末中的ZrO2均为四方相。ZrO2-NiO和ZrO2-Ni粉末中ZrO2的平均晶粒大小分别为19.2nm和24.7nm。
The general preparation methods and the application of Ni-YSZ cermet are reviewed.The homogeneous nanocomposite30Ni-YSZ(mol%)cermet powders are prepared by liquid-phase method.The identification of phases is carried out using a X-ray diffractometer(XRD).The particle size and morphology are deter-mined by a scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the nanocomposite cermet powders with homogeneous size and distribution are prepared.The crystal type of ZrO 2 in the powders is tetragonal.The average crystal size of ZrO 2 in ZrO 2 -NiO and ZrO 2 -Ni powders are19.2nm and24.7nm respectively.
