摘要
以甲醇为提取溶剂,比较了超声和回流两种方法对提取了西藏红豆杉树干皮、树枝皮、叶及种球中的紫杉醇的影响;利用建立的HPLC分析方法,测定了西藏红豆杉不同部位紫杉醇的含量.
Choose the approprriate extracting agent extracted the Taxol from the taxus by ultrasonic cleaing method and cohobation method,Determinded the better extracting way and extracting agent by HPLC.Compared the content of Taxol of different part of Taxus.
