摘要
以曼地亚红豆杉枝叶为材料制备紫杉醇浸膏, 对紫杉醇的提取条件进行优化选择, 结果表明: 实验室条件下, 乙酸乙酯与丙酮体积比为1∶1, 先用超声波提取25 min, 然后在100 r/min, 50 ℃条件下加热振荡提取3 h, 重复提取4次即可. 同时对曼地亚红豆杉之枝叶中紫杉醇的提取进行了中试条件探索, 结果表明: 利用95%工业酒精作为提取溶剂, 在减压回流提取的条件下, 每次提取3 h, 重复4次即可基本将紫杉醇完全提取出来.
Study on the preparation of taxol extract from the leaves and branches of Taxus Media, and optimization selection in extraction conditions of taxol. The result showed that in laboratory, ethyl acetate-acetone(1∶1) as solvent, ultrasonic extraction 25 min, then rotation at100rpm, heating oscillating extraction three hours in 50℃and four replications were the best conditions. Besides, the authors also studied the selection of pilot scale experiment conditions, and the result showed that using 95% ethanol as solvent, decompress and reflux extracting for four times, each time for three hours, the taxol in Taxus Media could be almost completely extracted.
