去甲肾上腺素和前列腺素F_(2α)对家兔黄体的相互作用

摘要 对家兔在体卵巢灌流条件下加入去甲肾上腺素(NA)与前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))对人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)、促进黄体合成孕酮(P)及环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)的功能有无影响进行了研究。结果表明,HCG能刺激兔早期黄体cAMP和P的产生;PGF_(2α)不能对抗HCG的这种作用,但能明显拮抗HCG促进兔中期黄体cAMP和P产生的作用。兔早期黄体灌流液中加入NA,则PGF_(2α)又能明显抑制HCG促进cAMP和P产生的作用。提示NA对家兔具有调节前列腺素溶黄体的作用。 This paper reported on the interaction between noradrenalin and prostaglandin F2α in rabbit corpora lutea. In young corpora lutea prostaglandin F2α did not interfere with the stimulating effect of human choroinic gonadotro-pin on either cylic AMP or progesterone formation, while in corpora lutea of the mid-luteal phase prostaglandin F2α significantly counteracted the stimulating effect of human choroinic gonadotropin on both cyclic AMP and progesterone formation. When noradrenalin was added to specimens of young corpora lutea, prostaglandin F2α significantly counteracted this stimulating effect of human choroinic gonadotropin. These findings show that noradrenalin may regulate the luteolytic effect of prostaglandin F2α in rabbits.
