摘要
由于邻苯二胺能与硒形成配位化合物,并且能较好地吸附玻碳汞膜电极表面,因而能有效地提高电极对硒选择性富集。本文用同位修饰电极,以邻苯二胺为修饰剂,测定人发中痕置硒,其检出下限为3.2×10^(-9)mol/L。实测人体样品硒的回收率为97.0±4.3%((?)±s),变异系数CV=4.9%。
We studied theo-phenylene diamine in situ modified electrode, which was used to detect the trace selenium in the human body. As O-PDA can combine with selenium to form a coordination compound, which is absorbed on mercury film carbon electrode surface, this electrode can effectively increase selectivity and enrichment efficiency. The detection limit is 3.2× 10-9 mol/L and the average percentage of recovery is 97.0±4.3%( x±s). When this method is used to detect the samples practically, the variation coefficient is CV=4.9%.
