摘要
研究了在丁二酮肟碳糊化学修饰电极上测定人发中微量镍、钴的可行性,经化学富集Ni(Ⅱ)和电化学富集Co(Ⅱ),阴极溶出伏安法测定,Ni(Ⅱ)、Co(Ⅱ)在该电极上均有良好的响应,探讨了有关实验条件。该法对镍、钴的检测限分别可达1.0×10^(-9)mol/L和4.2×10^(-10)mol/L,应用于头发中微量镍,钴的测定,结果满意。
The feasibility of voltammetric determination of tract nickel and cobalt in human hair on the dimethylglyoxime(DMG)-modified carbon paste electrode was investigated. By chemically depositing Ni(Ⅱ) and electrochemi-cally depositing Co( Ⅱ ) on the electrode, good responses of trace Ni( Ⅱ ) and Co (Ⅱ ) were obtained by cathode stripping voltammetry. The optimum condidi-ons for determining trace Ni( Ⅱ ) and Co( Ⅱ ) were created after a series of experiments. The limit of determination of nickel and cobalt is 1.0 × 10-9 mol/L and 4.2×10-10mol/L respectively. The method was applied to the determination of trace nickel and cobalt in human hair with satisfactory results.
