摘要
此文研究了低体温动物缺氧性肺血管收缩反应(HPV)的变化,并初步探讨了前列腺素、白三烯在其中的作用。实验发现:低体温时(33±0.33℃),HPV显著增强。环氧合酶抑制剂可进一步提高低体温时HPV;脂氧合酶抑制剂对低体温时HPV无影响。结果提示:白三烯不介导低体温增强的缺氧性肺血管收缩反应,扩管性前列腺素可能参与调节低体温时的HPV。
In this study we explored the effect of hypothermia on hypoxic pulmonary vasoconstriction (HPV) and the role of prostaglandins and leukotrienes in HPV during hypothermia. HPV increased after blood temperature fell to 33℃. Indomethacin enhanced HPV while Diethylcarbamazine did not affect HPV in hypothermic dogs. The results showed that hypothermia increased HPV, leukotrienes did not mediate hypothermia-enhanced HPV, and dilative prostaglandins may be involved in regulating HPV in hypothermic dogs.
