摘要
研究轨钢表面裂纹在正弦波和矩形波载荷交替作用下的扩展规律,结果表明轨钢在冲击载荷作用下,表面裂纹扩展速率比正弦波的扩展速率平均快5倍,极限时相差92倍。缺口应力场的数值分析和疲劳裂纹扩展实验均证实表面裂纹扩展速率可用帕里斯(Paris)公式描述,其估算的寿命值和实际值相吻合。
This paper presents a study on the growth behaviour offatigue surface cracks in rail steel subjected to alternate sinusoidalwave loads and rectangular pulse loads. The results show that the crackunder the rectangular pulse load grows 5 times on an average and 92times at the culmination faster than that under the sinusoidal wave load.The numerical analysis of the notch stress field and the experimentalresults both confirm that the growth rate of fatigue surface cracks canbed escrobe by the well--known paris relationship. The estimated valueof rail life agrees with the real life.
