车轮扁疤引发附加冲击力对车轴应力谱影响的研究 被引量:23

摘要 根据低接头冲击力公式与扁疤冲击速度公式,引入了一种简化的扁疤冲击力计算公式。为求得含扁疤冲击时车轴危险截面的应力,利用Koettgen虚应力求解策略,将左轮和右轮的横向、垂向随机轮轨作用力与扁疤冲击力解耦分别进行线弹性有限元计算,然后对应力分量叠加,利用Neuber缺口应力修正算法计算局部应力应变历程。本文根据数值仿真求解车轴应力谱的思路,利用上述方法计算了含扁疤冲击时车轴危险截面的应力谱,为疲劳可靠性评定提供了依据。 A simplified formula to compute wheelflats impact forces has been introduced on the basis of the low joint impact forces formula and wheelflats impact velocity formula. To compute the stresses of dangerous axle sections with wheelflats impact, according to the Koettgen pseudo stress method, the assembly of horizon reaction forces and vertical reaction forces of right and left wheels were decoupled with impact forces, and they were analyzed separately with linear FEM. And then, the stresses components of them were superimposed and used to compute the local stress and strain history by means of the Neuber notch correcting arithmetic. According to the numerical emulation methodology and the method expounded above, the stress spectrum of axle dangerous sections with wheelflats impact were computed. It can be used to predict the fatigue reliability.
