摘要
作者提出运输化理论,从历史与逻辑统一的角度概括了交通运输与经济发展之间的关系,并研究分析了我国国民经济运输化问题。论文分上、下两篇,本文为上篇,主要论述了运输化理论,认为运输化是工业化的重要特征之一,也是伴随工业化而发生的一种经济过程。在运输化过程中,人与货物空间位移的规模由于近代和现代运输工具的使用而急剧扩大,交通运输成为经济进入现代增长所依赖的最主要的基础产业、基础结构和环境条件。经济发展的运输化过程受一定客观规律的支配,可以分为前运输化、运输化、后运输化三个阶段,其中运输化阶段又可以分为初步运输化和完善运输化两个分阶段。
By advancing the theory of transportization, the authorsummarizes the relationship between transport and economic developmentfrom the angle of unifying the historical and the logical researches,andthereupon studies the problem of the transportization of China's nationalcconomy.The treatise is divided into two parts.This is the first part,in which the author discourses upon the theory of transportization andpoints out that transportization is one of the important features ofindustrialization and an economic process accompanying industrializationas well.During the transportization process, the scale of the movementof goods and people over space expands rapidly due to the use of moderntransport means; and in the same period, transport becomes the mostimportant basic industry, foundation and environmental condition uponwhich the modern economic growth depends. Dominated by certain objectivelaws, the transportization process can be divided into three stages:pre-transportization stage, transportization stage and post-transportizationstage; among them,the transportization stage itself can be further dividedinto two quasi-stages: primary transportization stage and maturetransportization stage.
