摘要
县域经济是国民经济中最基本的子系统,是我国政治、经济、社会和文化生活的支撑点。受体制变迁、制度约束、政府的非理性行为和银行商业化等因素的作用,县域经济正面临着日益严重的资金短缺。文章通过对县域经济融资现状和产生机理的研究,提出了解决县域融资难问题、促进县域经济发展的若干对策。
The county economy is the most basic sub-system of national economy and the strong support of the country's politics, society and culture. In recent years, county economy is facing a serious finance shortage, which results from reasons such as changes of economic system, restrictions of regulations, non-rational performance of the government and commercialization of commercial banks. Some countermeasures are proposed after thoroughly analyzing the situation and mechanism in county level financing.
