摘要
本文建立了非线性失真分析的非线性传递函数法,提出了各种非线性频域失真测度,给出了非线性频域响应收敛定理;详细研究了T-C积分器和滤波器的非线性效应,并用已有方法和SPICE Ⅱ模拟验证了本文方法和结果的正确性与有效性。
The nonlinear transfer function approach for nonlinear distortion analysis and nonlinear distortion measures in frequency domain are proposed in the paper, the nonlinear effects in fully integrated continuous-time integrators and filters are studied in detail, the availability of results is checked by integrations and SPICEII simulations.
