固相微萃取气质联用分析黄酒中的氨基甲酸乙酯 被引量:25

Determination of Ethyi Carbamate in Yellow Rice Wine by Solid - Phase Microextraction and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

摘要 采用固相微萃取气质联用选择离子采集分析了黄酒中的氨基甲酸乙酯(EC),对测定中的萃取时间、温度、萃取头种类、加盐浓度、pH等条件进行了优化,采用50/30μmDVB/CAR/PDMS萃取头对样品中的EC进行了测定,方法的线性范围为5~400μm/L,方法简单方便,重复性好,干扰少,灵敏度高。 A method for the rapid determination of ethyl carbamate in yellow rice wine by headspace solid - phase mi-croextraction with detection by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry has been developed. The analysis parameters of fiber coating, extraction time, pH and sample temperature have been optimized. The optimized method of headspace sampling with a 50/30μmDVB/CAR/PDMS fiber has been found to be reproducible and linear from 5 to 400μg/L. The method is simple, rapid, reproducible and sensitive.
