摘要
建立了固相微萃取(SPME)和气相色谱火焰光度(GC-FPD)检测方法,并且检测了生活饮用水中7种有机磷农药。与传统的气相色谱法相比,该方法具有比较高的重现性和选择性,在生活饮用水有机磷农药的测定中具有很好的应用前景。
The determination of seven kinds of organic phosphorous pesticide in drinking water by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) gas chromatography with flame photometric detector (GC-FPD) was established. The method possesses higher repeatability and selectivity than traditional gas chromatography and is promising in real applications of determination of the organophosphorous pesticides in surface drinking water.
