摘要
本文利用吸附蒸馏这一复合分离技术[1]对异丙醇-水混合物的分离进行了试验研究。试验采用乙二醇为载液,4A分子筛原粉为吸附剂。对加和不加吸附剂对分离过程的影响进行了对比试验,提出了适宜的工艺条件:浆料循环比为2∶1,回流比为1∶1,浆料固含率为15kg m3,产品异丙醇的含量可以达到99 7%,收率为95 3%。
The separation of isopropanol-water mixture was experimentally studied by the hybrid separation process——adsorptive distillation.The fine powder of 4A molecular sieve was selectd as absorbent and glycol as liquid carrier of the powder.Under the following experimented conditions,feed composition is 85%;recycling ratio is 2∶1;reflux ratio is 1∶1 and solid content is 15kg/m^3,the purity and yield of isopropanol (IPA) is up to 99.7% and 95.3% respectively.
