摘要
从盐在纯溶剂中的溶解度、单个盐与溶剂分子间相互作用强度两方面进行考虑,提出盐对溶剂的总作用的概念,并用盐对二溶剂总作用的差作为选择盐效分离用盐的标准,针对某一物系,对各种盐进行比较筛选。通过实例证实该法为工业选盐的好方法。
A novel method of selecting proper salt for a salt separation process was proposed. It considered two main aspects of salt effect: the solubility s of salt in single solvent and the interaction factor ks between dissolved salt and solvent molecular, the later was calculated from the depression of vapor pressure of salt-containing single solvent. The multiple of s and ks determines the strength that a salt can insert into a solvent and the difference of the strength of a salt between two solvents in a binary solution stands for the salt effect. Therefore, according to this strength difference V the proper salt can be selected for the salt separation process. The theory was proved to be correct by examples.
