介绍了设备的工况、材料和制造工艺.分析了干燥再沸器、卧式再沸器管子-管板接头的失效 原因。对换热管管端外表面进行严格清理并采取液压胀管工艺,有效保证了换热器管子-管板接头的 制造质量。
The working condition, material and fabrication process of the unit is introduced. The factors of the failure on tube-tubesheet joint of heat exchanger are analyzed. Entirely cleaning of outer surface of tube end and adopting of hydraulic expanding are effective to assure the quality of the tube-tubesheet joint of heat exchanger.
