摘要
通过对AP1000型管子-管板的液压胀接过程进行分析,充分利用ANSYS软件的面-面接触单元,研究管子-管板材料、管子-管板尺寸、管孔排列方式、胀管压力、保压时间等因素与残余接触压力之间的关系,从而为管子-管板胀接工艺参数的确定提供理论依据。最后应用AP1000型管子进行胀管实验,证明了理论计算的准确性。
In order to study the residual contact pressure during hydraulic expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint, a finite element analy-sis method is proposed and plate-plate contact element is used for analyzing the hydraulic expanded process of AP1000 tube-to-tubesheet. Finally, the influence factors of hydraulic expanded process is studied, and the relations between influence factors and residual contact pressure is presented, which provides theoretical base for process parameters of expanded tube-to-tubesheet joint. An experiment is fulfilled on AP1000 tube-to-tubesheet, and the theoretical calculations tally with the experiment results wall.
