摘要
对闪速炉余热锅炉水冷壁管爆管原因进行了分析,确认爆管是由烟气冲刷和低温腐蚀引起的。实践证明,应用Ni-Cr合金热喷涂可有效解决由此引起的爆管问题。
The paper analyzes the reasons of bursting of water wall tube of FF WHB and confirms that the bursting is caused by gas erosion and low-temperature erosion. It's proved by practice that Ni-Cr alloy hot spraying can effectively solve the problem.
