摘要
本文主要从云铜艾萨-余热锅炉的设计分析出发，阐述炼铜余热锅炉的特点，采取的特殊办法以解决锅炉的露点腐蚀、积灰、漏风和磨损等问题。同时从热工的角度出发分析这台锅炉的热效率。
This thesis expatiates the characteristics of copper smelting heat recovery boiler and special measures which have been used to resolve the dew point erode, dust build up, air leak and abrasion of boiler. Thermal efficiency of this boiler also has been analyzed from aspect of thermal engineering.
